Description Of Work:
Rear concrete patio was refinished with the CTI products to create a new look and repair cracked concrete.

Mr. Ingison did a good job in all aspects. He was on time, did what we agreed to do, and the end product looks
great. This was the second time we had CTI products applied at our house. The first was 5 years ago on the front
walk (a different contractor did the work--now out of business) and it still looks great. I would recommend this
company and the CTI concrete overlay product.

Description Of Work:
They did some cement work, installing a sidewalk. It went beautifully! We have nothing but good things to say about him. They were prompt, did a good clean up, and the end product was great! We would definitely recommend them to others! The price was very fair too.

Thank you so much for the kind words. To clarify things though, we resurfaced the walkway that was previously
painted. After removing the paint, we resurfaced the bare concrete using the CTi System and gave the walkway a
fresh look with a really nice brick border that will last for 20 or more years. I just wanted to clarify that we
did not pour a new sidewalk.

Comments: We had the garage floor coated. The final touch to a garage make over. It was a very messy job. He removed the top layer of the flooring and over the course of several days refinished it with an epoxy. The floor looks nice and makes our garage look bigger. Great Job!!
